Bowel movements
I have experienced no change in bowel movements yet.
Side effects
I had a headache all last night, and still have one now. This affected my sleep. I don't get headaches very often, so I think that this is directly related to starting the program, and perhaps the Toxinout part of it.
It stopped me doing my usual exercise this morning.
