Positive results
No further progress yet, but a noticeable increase in bowel movements today as described below.

Bowel movements
2 small ones yesterday, but three large ones already today. I notice that they have a "rough" or slightly furry appearance today, up until now, they have been smooth.

Side effects
Cold still there but hopefully this is one of the last days, only a little excess snot/flem left.
