Positive results
No further progress yet. I had a couple of small spots yesterday, nothing like I had before I started this program though, and I think they will die down fairly quickly. My weight has returned to just about normal (within a pound or two), and appears to be stable at the moment.

Bowel movements
4 yesterday, mainly small/medium.

Side effects
Nearly 100% now.
