Positive results
No further progress. In line with the program, I am not taking the paranil or tea from this day until day 36.

Bowel movements
7 yesterday, all of which diarrhea.

Side effects
Yesterday, and yesterday night particularly, I had diarrhea. I don't know if it is due to this program, or something I ate.
