I get the feeling that I am coming down with another cold! It may just be a bad day, but if it gets worse, I will start taking Manuka honey and try and fight it. Last time I let the symptoms play out in case it was part of a natural detox, but if this is another cold, I think the program has weakened my immune system and I will try and support it.
