Day 21

Positive results
I think the bloating is starting to reduce slightly. All other positive results are still being maintained.

Bowel movements
6 or so yesterday, all quite large. Today I saw red and orange clumps in my stool, I have not seen this before.

Side effects
I am not 100%, but not getting any worse at the moment.
