No further progress.

Bowel movements
Seem to be settling down to one large one in the morning, and then two more medium or small ones in the afternoon/evening. They look very dark brown, and are passed quickly.

Side effects
I had severe lower abdominal pains in bed last night that lasted only about 5 minutes or so. I have had similar pains before, but they have never been as severe as that. It came on very quickly and disappeared very quickly. I was trembling/shivering with the pain, even though I was perfectly warm before they started.
The cold seems to be clearing up a bit, and hopefully I can return to exercise tomorrow morning.
